  • Complete form and attach copies of National ID, approved plans and health inspector’s report.
  • Forms are submitted to the revenue clerk and sent to the Land Management Committee
  • Land Management Committee reviews applications and makes recommendations to the CEO
  • CEO approves/ reviews recommendations
  • You pay licence fees
  • Revenue clerk issues new licence.
  • You affix licence on premises and begins trading.
  • You pay licence fees

  • Submit Plans to the Planning Department
  • Planning Department computes and endorses total architectural area at the back of one copy
  • The Revenue clerk computes examination fees and records plan at the back of the same
  • You pay Plan approval fees
  • The Revenue clerk records plan and sends it to the Plan Examination Committee
  • Plan Examination Committee approves or reviews plans and sends them back to revenue clerk
  • Building permit issued
  • You are invited to collect your approved plans
